You might want to add a lead manually to a sequence if the growth tool didn’t automatically put that person in due to a temporary glitch or you created a new sequence after the person opted into the bot. If that happens you can still add them manually. Here’s how.

Locate the contact in Manychat by selecting “Audience” from the left navigation and then typing your name into the search box. 👇

Make sure the box next to the contact name is checked, and then select “Bulk Actions” 👇

From the pop-up select “Subscribe to Sequence” 👇

Start typing in the sequence name, select the sequence you want to add the lead to and hit “save” 👇
