For example #1, you can find the number of years they’ve been operating by checking their Yelp listing to see what year they opened. Just scroll to the bottom of their Yelp page (below the reviews) and check the From the Business section.
For example #2, you can check Google Reviews and Yelp to refer to a recent positive review and their overall review score.
